Boost: +1 endurance vs ice/cold based magic
Info: A hooded black cloak with a colored version of the guilds crow insignia on the inside of the cowl. It’s given to fully recognized members of the Battle Crows. Many don’t wear it as it offers little benefit outside of warmth during cold months or traveling through the vale however still carry it around as a source of pride for being a part of the Crows. Members must turn in their Cowl should they leave.
