III. Races of Ozulon L7VeUUm
III. Races of Ozulon PkVR1MR
Race: Human
Region: Global
Gender Profile: Male|Female
Average Hieght: 54-78 inches

Info: Many races consider the Humans to be a plague since they can reproduce every single year, have a higher chance of producing twins, and have a very destructive nature. Though, this is a generalization as not every member of every race has an issue with them.

Before the God Wars: the humans were a new species to come about, but had quickly made many enemies among the other races. They were slow to die of natural causes, quick to reproduce, and even quicker to adapt to new environments. They had no concept of restraint or preserving the land around them as they constantly expanded, using up the land's resources and moving on to a new place in search of more to consume. They had no signs of a reserved diet, they could consume anything, even adapt to some poisonous plants by consuming it in smaller quantities. The only thing that seemed to be able to stop them from expanding, was the other humans who were also trying to expand. They were united when attacked by an outside source, but any other time, they killed each other in droves. The humans of this time had no interest in interacting with other races. It wasn't unheard of to see them attacking anyone who didn't have some form of benefit to their people. At the same time, it wasn't uncommon for the Elves to control their population sizes by means of mass genocide. Should the humans encroach on any other race's lands, they would be dealt with in the same method; but, the Elves were the ones who willingly took the killing to them.

During the God Wars: the humans were quickly seen as allies, as their primitive behavior and thirst for blood had attracted the eyes of the gods. This would mark the first time that the gods had ever acknowledged them as anything more than savages, and the time when humans would truly make their mark on the world. The first of the hundreds of gods alive at the time to contact them was Cary, the Goddess of Death, who was no longer amused with the sheer amount of death in the world. She had ordered them to go out and fight, kill anyone who dared to raise a weapon, and end the fighting for good. What Cary hadn't told them was that they were severel outmatched, that the human population would be cut in half by the time the war was over, and that they wouldn't be the ones to actually end it. During the almost hundred years of battle, the humans had begun forming alliances, advancing their technology, and falling in line with the other races in the name of stopping the conflict.

After the God Wars: the humans had been changed at a societal level. They were tired of battle, tired of seeing each other die, and tired of being so divided. They had begun forming larger settlements, consolodating their reach to take up considerably less land than they had before. Their numbers were still great, but they were no longer a burden on the world. Various races still regard them as lowly beings, mostly the Magical Elves, but many have a higher respect for them.

Racial Perk: Strong Will
Humans have been known, in their time of need, to enter a state where they block everything out and fight as though they were able bodied. They have the ability to completely stop feeling pain and move their bodies as though there were no broken bones, no cuts, and no bleeding. In this state, their stats are not increased, and they can only maintain this for up to two posts before collapsing from exhaustion or bleeding out.

III. Races of Ozulon KrUs7sf
Race: Centaur
Region: Enchanted Forest
Gender Profile: Male|Female
Average Hieght: 6-9 feet

Info: They're hardy creatures with seemingly no fear at all. Proud and dutiful, they will never bow to their enemies.

Before the God Wars: the Centaurs had lived in the extremely vast Enchanted Forest alongside the Fae and the myriad of other races who visited them. They had been created by Duir as protectors of the forest, and ambassadors between himself and the races of the world. Their skill with weapons were great enough that even the hardiest of foes would steer clear of any fight with them. While their duty was to protect the Enchanted Forest and those within it, they also did their fair share to protect its visitors. The Centaurs would often guide lost individuals to outposts, nearby settlements, and even treat their wounds if they were hurt.

During the God Wars: they played no role in the killing of gods and other races. Their focus was exclusively fixated on their duty to protecting the Enchanted Forest. In the beginning, those seeking shelter and refuge within the forest were allowed to stay with them at their settlements. However, after several of their guests had proven to be liars, the Centaurs had adopted a policy that only a select few races were permitted in the forest at all. They had created borders made of traps, begun killing anyone who got near regardless of their intent, and slaughtering any god or goddess who dared try to contact them and the Enchanted Forest for help. Even still, they were unable to save the Fae, and the Enchanted Forest began dwindling. They had acted quickly to gather all of the Fae and begin pushing them as far into the Enchanted Forest as possible, to the coast- at the order of the Goddess of Wind, Aura. There was no room for grieving at the end of the God Wars. They were obligated to retain their defensive nature, and kill everyone who tried to get near their home.

After the God Wars: the Enchanted Forest remained under the ever vigilant watch of the Centaurs. The only beings allowed in were the ones native to it, and anyone else was left as a bloodied corpse, rotting in the sun. The Centaurs placed traps all over the forest that only they and the native creatures know how to avoid. They keep war camps scattered throughout the land, with powerful siege weapons lining the coast from catapults to ballistae, each capable of being enchanted to fire magic spells at approaching vessels. While there are ways to get into the Enchanted Forest other than conventional routes, the Centaur spread themselves out well enough that most people encounter them not long after getting in. When not killing intruders, they spend time in their small communities, enjoying life.

Racial Perk: Transform
Centaurs are able to take on the appearance of any bipedal race at any point in time, even changing their clothes to match. They do this as a means of infiltrating other races to keep up to date on their weapons, magic, governments, armies, tactics, and every other aspect of their society. The females also use this as a chance to mate, preventing their race from becoming inbred. All children belonging to a Centaur Female will be born as a Centaur. Centaurs may also communicate telepathically with Fae; but, only if the Fae wishes to communicate with them.

III. Races of Ozulon N2y2PWx
Race: Magical Elf
Region: Town Shining in the Night
Gender Profile: Male|Female
Average Hieght: 60-78 inches

Info: A 'young' Magical Elf would be somewhere around fifty years old. Many of the older elves can remember fighting in the God Wars, the younger ones can remember growing up in the middle of it.

Before the God Wars: the Elves had been the ones to guard the borders of the Enchanted Forest. They did nothing to prevent others from entering the forest, but, they had ensured that those the centaurs were hunting couldn't exit without being reduced to glowing ash. They had been shown great deals of favor by the gods, acted as the world's peace keepers, and been entrusted with some of the most powerful spells the world will ever know. Their cities were massive, even if only a couple thousand people lived there. The Elves would conduct raids into the human's lands to reduce their population sizes, take back land that they took from other races, and sometimes 'borrow' a few dozen for the sake of expirimentation.

During the God Wars: one of their leaders had made the decision that, if the gods wished to battle in the realm of mortals, it was their responsibility to end the fighting. They were the first of the mortal races to take action against the gods that started the fighting. They were also the only ones, at the time, that knew how to properly kill a god. It was Ignis, the God of Fire, who contacted their leaders to tell them of the war that they volunteerily entered. He let them know that the gods had not forsaken them, and gave them a single blessing to aid them in their fights. In the beginning of the war, they had found that while they had the weapons to kill the corrupt gods, they lacked enough of those weapons to do it. The leader who thrusted them into the war had turned to the Dwarves to manufacture more of those weapons. It took time to negotiate that sort of deal- certain morals were in the way. Eventually, the dwarves agreed and began making the weapons the world so desperately needed. Within months, the world's supply of Fae Hearts had been exhausted and they needed more. Without knowing this, the Elves had demanded more weapons of the Dwarves, which lead to a bounty being put on the Fae. This quickly turned to a war between the Enchanted Forest and the rest of the world, that resulted in the formation of The Scar.

After the God Wars: the only remnants of their former glory is the last Elven city in existence, the Town Shining in the Night, also known as Beacon. Their other settlements had been destroyed by Centaur raiding parties, the formation of Glacie's Vale and the Land of a Thousand Lakes, constant battles, and natural disasters. Their knowledge of magic had been severely reduced, as a punishment for their lack of judgement. The spells they once had, spells that could destroy entire land masses, spells that could create new places, spells that could turn men into gods --all of them-- had been taken back by the very beings who entrusted them to the elves. The Magical Elves are scattered throughout the world, some living in secluded places, others living in settlements with other races, and many living in Beacon.

Racial Perk: Ignis' Blessing
All Magical Elves are completely unable to regenerate magic power during battle. They regenerate five percent of their maximum mana reserves each post that they're not fighting. If they have any other effects that increase mana regeneration, that effect does not occur during battle posts.

III. Races of Ozulon 0UKXkJw
Race: Dwarf
Region: Misty Village
Gender Profile: Male|Female
Average Hieght: 3-4 feet

Info: They can live for several centuries. They seem to stop aging while still very young and can't grow to be taller than very small humans, or very young humans.

Before the God Wars: The Dwarves are people who live very simple lives, with very simple pleasures. They were the crafters of the world, responsible for the finest weapons, armor, and pottery in all of Ozulon and the surrounding lands. They were cursed with tiny bodies, but blessed by Promethius with incredible strength and legendary muscle control. They had made the Misty Village their home and built their forges into the hill that it sits on. When not farming and repairing what few buildings needed it, they would be hammering away in the forge or drinking themselves stupid at the local inn. It was common for them to take commissions from people all over the world, and even train other races to use their hands for something other than cutting throats. Needless to say, they were highly prosperous; and, they didn't even care what the gods thought of them.

During the God Wars: the Dwarves had constructed an iron wall around their city with crossbows mounted in small slits, to defend themselves from raiders. They turned away all requests to forge weapons, refusing to have their talent used for committing mass murder. The Elves had fought a great deal of battles with them, using magic that would obliterate any other settlement, only to be stopped by the enchantments put on the Dwarve's walls, by the Elves who allied themselves with them. After many months and many deaths on their side, the Elves eventually broke down their wall and forced an audience with the Dwarves. At first, they refused to make weapons out of Fae hearts, to kill the gods. They were people who enjoyed crafting, and would take no part in fueling a war on such a scale. However, the Elves had began burning their fields, intercepting their caravans, and harming their people. Women and young girls looked identical, so both were taken into a very specific line of slavery. Men and young boys were used for target practice, until the race's leader had agreed to make the weapons. Within a few months, the Elves had stopped supplying them with the Fae Hearts that had come off of already dead Fairies. The Elves demanded more weapons, and, begrudgingly, for fear of his people being subjected to the same tortures, the leader had put up orders for anyone willing to do it, to go out and kill Fae, and bring their corpses back to him for large sums of money. The leader had ensured that no one, not a single dwarf, had put up any of the notices. None had sent out a single letter, except for him. Every Fae corpse that had its heart removed, was done by his hand, and his alone. Every mercenary was paid by him, all so his people would never be responsible for the attrocity they were committing. As Fae Hearts became increasingly dangerous to get, the prices went up, and the Dwarves were made into very poor beings by the end of the war.

After the God Wars: the Dwarven leader had killed himself, leaving his son to take his place. His journal had detailed everything that he had done, and why he had done it. The Dwarves had developed a deep hatred for the Magical Elves, far worse than they already had. They became bitter towards outsiders, but their love of crafting prevented them from shutting the world out entirely. Eventually, their Misty Village had been restored to its former glory, the fields had been regrown, and their wealth had returned. However, the scars left behind from the way their people were treated so long ago remain. They still laugh and drink themselves stupid, singing drunken songs with joy, and taking members of other races under their wing. Such things are part of their culture, they could never stop. But, if you ask an old dwarf what his childhood was like, be ready for a grim tale. Odds are, he or she was one of those slaves.

Racial Perk: Recycle
Even after the God Wars, the Dwarves are the most skilled craftsmen in the world. Out of hope for the future of the Fae, their former leader's notes had detailed the process by which Fae Hearts can be extracted from existing Magical Equipment and reused to make new ones, effectively reducing the demand for hearts. This is the only race who can recycle Magic Weapons.

III. Races of Ozulon 5Ycwuq7
Race: Alacasian
Region: Gates of Ozulon
Gender Profile: Female Only
Average Hieght: 6-7 feet

Info: Normally, they're taller than the women of other races and have very tribalistic communities.

Before the God Wars: the Alacasians were known for being the healers of the world. Their all female societies were warm and welcoming, taking in anyone who needed help. They had made medicine that could cure some of the worst illnesses in the world, and even reverse death, if the body was brought to them quickly enough. Their race was known for their unusual ability to mate with any gender, male or female, as well as all of their children being born Alacasian. Their strong bodies, exotic dancing, and caring nature had often times attracted individuals from outside who wanted to prove themselves worthy of such a woman. For them, the Alacasians would take them in and make them live as they did, showing them how to live alongside the land, and to always put back what they took from the world. If they managed to pass the rigorous trials that the Alacasians put them through, a woman would choose them, and they would leave to live together. The woman would only return when she had given birth, and their non-alacasian mate would stay out of the picture entirely.

During the God Wars: they had taken up a neutral stance in the beginning. Wounded people would be taken to them, and the Alacasians would provide healing. However, as the Elves had begun incurring more and more casualties due to human involvement, they had begun sending spies to infiltrate their ranks. These Elves had begun stealing their recipes and attempting to force the Alacasians to make poisons in order for them to send back to their armies and kill people. This was not the way of life for the Alacasians, and they did not yield to brute force. The elves were quickly killed by the Alacasians, those that tried to flee were pinned to the floor by large arrows, fired by powerful bows. It was the first time in recorded history that the world had seen the Alacasians taking an offensive stance, and it had terrified all major races to the point of never repeating the Elve's mistake. While the war had been under way, several gods had tried to bring them to their cause, only to fall victim to the most powerful toxins the mortal realm would ever know, and die at the hand of the Alacasians. For this reason, the Alacasians are also known as God Killers. The only race that knows how to kill a god, without using a magic weapon. For the remainder of the war, no other Race was allowed to enter their settlements. Caravans carrying wounded were slaughtered on sight, and their wounded were killed along with them.

After the God Wars: the Alacasians had forced treaties with all races. In exchange, they resumed their role as the world's healers. Some Alacasians are allowed passage through the Enchanted Forest, but, the Centaurs ensure that they don't take too many of their plants, and they don't get within a hundred feet of a Fairy. They continue to live in small, tribe like communities with the same mating rutuals as before the wars. They're taught to be cautious of other races, but, to never treat them with hatred.

Racial Perk: Blessing of Ozulon
Alacasians are able to consume any plant matter and never be poisoned by it. They can use Unenchanted Bows that are 1 rank higher than their Equipment Proficiency level; but, only Bows, and only if the bow has no abilities.

III. Races of Ozulon WM8l2A4
Race: Fae
Region: Enchanted Forest
Gender Profile: Male|Female
Average Hieght: 3-4 inches

Info: Quite small and normally hard to find, very few people have met them and lived to tell the tale.

Before the God Wars: the Fae were a very wide spread, friendly, and adored creature. They had congregated anywhere that life could be found, stayed with other beings in their homes as companions, and even tended to some people's gardens for fun. Every city and settlement had at least two or three of them in them, but most of the Fae lived in the Enchanted Forest, where people would visit and view their marvelous work. Duir had created the race to cultivate the world, fill it with wonderous plant life, and prevent famine from ever being an issue. They were small, cute, and playful. Elderly folk would invite them into their homes to have conversations with them. Young children would play with them. Some people had even formed romances with them.

During the God Wars: the Fae had helped protect the settlements they called home, fighting off invading armies and displaying the devastated applications of their magic. They were, each of them, a miniaturized incarnation of Duir, himself- just without the immortality. The Elves had made a request of the Fae, to have the bodies of their fallen, past and present, so their hearts could be removed, so the world could fight back. The Fae had agreed to this. They were fighting a war, there was no room for grieving over their dead. However, when the Dwarves had put out a notice, requesting more Fae Hearts, the Fae had known that it was requested, because the Elves were ordering far more weapons than could be supplied with what they were already given. What had once been friends had quickly turned to enemies. They fled, and were under attack as they flew. Survival became a guessing game... Some beings had sheltered the Fae long enough to smuggle them back into the Enchanted Forest to be protected by the Centaurs. Some beings had sheltered them long enough to kill them, or hand them to others who would do the killing. Poor people had made great money off of this business, and the Fae quickly adapted to it. One by one, Elven cities crumbled at the grasp of massive vines, sprouting from the dirt below them. Statues of Elven heroes, buildings, monuments, entire armies had all been crushed and impaled as the Fae fought to escape their attackers. Still, it wasn't enough. Their home had been reduced to less than a quarter its original size, and their population had been decimated beyond measure.

After the God Wars: the Fae had remained vigilant and highly aggressive. They protect their Enchanted Forest from anyone who isn't accompanied by an enteroge of Centaurs, and always know the difference between Centaurs guiding them of their own free will, or ones that are being forced to guide them. Some of the Fae have learned how to transform to mimic other races and begun living among them, but most of them remain in their homeland. Those who don't encounter a Centaur when trying to enter the Enchanted Forest are more unfotunate to encounter a Fae, hiding among the trees. There are countless bodies surrounding the Enchanted Forest and its coast that are speared by vines.

Racial Perk: Transform
Fae are able to transform into any plant that they can think of. This allows them to quickly camoflauge themselves to avoid attackers. They're able to communicate telepathically with Centaurs, and detect when a Centaur is being forced to do something, magically or otherwise.

III. Races of Ozulon NKzOz6E
Race: Mountain Elf
Region: Glacie's Vale
Gender Profile: Male|Female
Average Hieght: 60-78 inches

Info: Called Mountain Elves since they have the same pointed ears that the Magical Elves do, they prefer higher altitudes and colder temperatures.

Before the God Wars: The Mountain Elves were a hardy race, similar to the Norse folk of other worlds. Unlike their Magical cousins, the Mountain Elves aren't particularly drawn to the use of magic. They enjoy a good ale, a good brawl, and a good meal. They lived in small settlements made of wood logs. Fighting among each other was common, and normally for sport and the sake of having a good fight. Those who were strong warriors were more than welcome in their halls. Those who fought using magic were still welcome, but not given much attention.

During the God Wars: they were told by Ignis to remain out of the fight. If a normal mortal had approached them with such an order, they would have laughed at that person, called them a coward, and marched themselves straight to battle. However, this was an actual god who had commanded them to do something. While they were battle loving people, they all respected the divines greatly and would never disregard their orders. The Mountain Elves retreated into caves, hidden in the mountains and waited out the battle. A day had come where the entrance to their cave had frozen over instantly, and they had to desperate claw their way out from nearly thirty feet of snow and ice.

After the God Wars: The Mountain Elves had left their caves to look out across a fractured world. The ones on the south side of their mountain had seen a vast expanse of dead land, stretching from the base of their mountain range all the way down to the seas. The ones who didn't immediately see The Scar had eventually seen it if they lived long enough to make it to that side of their home. The Mountain Elves thank Ignis for warning them of the incoming threat, and continue to respect and fear the gods. They remain the same battle loving beings they always were. Hunting and foraging for food, living in small communities to avoid an overpopulation issue, and doing battle to pass the time. They have occasional meetings with the other clans to celebrate surviving another year, prove which of their best hunters is better, and enjoy a nice, cold drink with hot food.

Racial Perk: Battle Hardened
Mountain Elves that use two-handed melee weapons, such as claymores and great axes, are able to wield them with a single hand. They lose a bit of power on the swing, but have the advantage of being able to use a shield or another weapon alongside it. Mountain Elves who use a bow will find that when using the special ability of the Banshee class, their arrow hits a little harder.

III. Races of Ozulon E9s3uRm
Race: Titan
Region: Various
Gender Profile: Male|Female
Average Hieght: 48-108 inches

Info: The race is dominated by people who can be either laughably small, or unreasonably massive. The females of the race are able to reproduce once every ten years, and retain their youthful looks for the entirety of their lives. The men stop looking older at around age twenty five, and keep that look until they die. While they look like humans, they have god like strength that no human could ever hope to match. Children of Titans, regardless of what other race is mixed in, are always born a Titan.

Before the God Wars: the Titans lived very solitary lives in a region now known as No Man's Land. Back then, the region was a large, grassy plain with streams and rivers flowing throughout. The Titans would often times act as body guards for other Races that were passing through notoriously dangerous lands. While that Titans that looked intimidating got paid better, the ones that still looked like little girls were given a fair commission. There was one universal rule among all of the races, when a Titan was involved- Don't screw a Titan. The ones who stayed in their homelands lived peacefully with the animals that lived there. They were a mostly peaceful race, but were known to be absolutely brutal in battle.

During the God Wars: nothing had actually happened for the first couple decades. The Titans were completely unaware of any battles, until an Elven general had shown up, asking them to help the Elves with a war with the Alacasians and Dwarves. The Titans, disliking the fact that the Elves were leaving out details on how those wars started, refused to fight at all. It was Neala, the Goddess of Life, who asked them to move their herds to what's known as The Grasslands today. They had looked to Neala for guidance on the war, fearing for the future of their homeland, and were told that they would have to decide what to do. The Titans had decided that they would need to fight, and turned to the Dwarves for help. In the last decade of the God Wars, the Dwarves were met with in secret and an arrangement was made. In exchange for the Titans getting the Elves off their land, the Dwarves would create them weapons that could kill gods. The Titans agreed and began waging war against the Elves, forcing them out of the Misty Village and protecting their borders. It didn't take long for them to clear out the Elves, only a few months. The dwarves had given them enchanted armor and weapons that were resistant to the Elven magic, and the Titans tore them apart. After this, the Titans had gotten weapons infused with the hearts of the Fae. Finding out what sort of weapon they were wielding, the Titans all felt disgusted and infuriated with the Elves for making the Dwarves craft such things. They used their weapons to kill the gods who started all of this fighting, killing more gods in less than a decade, than the Alacasians killed in half a century.

After the God Wars: the Titans returned to their homeland to find that it was filled with refugees that fled there to be away from the fighting. They had used up all the nutrients in the soil, making it poor for crops. The refugees, notified that the war had ended, left and the Titans tried their best to revitilize the land; but, they failed miserably. Not long after the war ended, the Elves had demanded payment for killing so many of their kind without cause, beginning the official Titan-Elven war. This war ended in a crushing defeat for the Elves, at the hand of the Titans. The Titans wielded weapons made for killing gods, mortal beings had no chance of winning. Once a treaty was signed between the two, the Titans stored their weapons away in a sacred vault- the location of which is lost to time. They now live in holes dug into the side of cliffs, villages underground, or even roaming The Grasslands in small groups.

Racial Perk: Titan's Strength
All Titans, regardless of size, are able to lift two-handed weapons with a single finger and swing them with more force than a Mountain Elf could ever hope. A weapon that would normally take three people to lift, takes a single hand for them. When using these normally massive weapons with two hands, they can swing hard enough to make large cracks in the earth.
