As you know, being part of a guild awards an amalgum of benefits that guildless mages don't. Guilds, just like their leaders, come in many different shapes and sizes. Some are the scum of the world, and stay hidden while plotting their attempts to throw the world out of balance; others are the light of life and aim to protect the world from those who'd destroy it. There are also guids that simply exist as a place of gathering, not actually trying to protect or destroy, but rather just trying to have a good time.
• The cost of a guild is 10,000,000e
• A guild requires a minimum of 5 players to be created.
• If a guild's ACTIVE membership falls to below 4 members for a month, it will be removed.
• Co-Leaders are able to make almost all decisions the Guild Leader can. They cannot change the guild's crest, guild name, or the roster. They also cannot change the guild Hero, or equipment.

• Guilds are capable of having 1 hero upon creation. This cannot be the Guild Leader, or the Co-Leader.
• You can upgrade to 3 heroes.
• Guilds can purchase up to 5 Hero Equipment sets.
• Each set purchased must be assigned to a specific individual.
• The Guild's Leader and Co-Leader may use the Hero equipment by default, which is why they cannot also be the guild's Hero.
• Hero equipment provides a passive stat boost equal to 3 stars that can be assigned across any stat(s) the guild leader desires. The buff is only applied while the equipment is in use.
• Hero equipment gain 1 passive ability that cannot be a stat buff.
• Hero equipment also gain 2 active abilities. Armour is defensive only, weapon is offensive only.
• Hero equipment must be summoned during the thread, and uses 10% of the weilder's MP per post (each). When the user's MP hits 0% the equipment erupts into dust and vanishes.
• The MP cost cannot be mitigated by any effect.
• The Hero Equipment can only be used 1 time per thread, regardless of who uses it.
• Hero Equipment starts at Level 0, meaning the abilities are useless until the equipment is upgraded to level 1.
• Upgrading the Hero Equipment requires Level 10 Blacksmithing (W/A). This is regardless of the current level of the weapon.
• The equipment can also be upgraded using Essence, or Influence.
• You must purchase each upgrade in order. So for a Grunt rank Hero item, you'd need to buy the Recruit and Novice ranks first.

These are the main benefit of having a guild. Whereas guildless mages would have to buy consumable items every time they use them up, Supply Caches allow members of the guild to start their threads with a certain amount of a specific item. For the Crystal items, if the guild owns multiple caches for crystals, the member will need to specify AT THE BEGINNING OF THE THREAD how much of which crystal they have since they can only have a maximum of 6 crystals.

These are the bare-bones essentials for crafting almost all items. They're used for Blacksmiths, Tailors, Fletchers, Craftsmen, Magic Item Crafters, Scribes, Spiritualists, and Tailors. What would these items be? For a Blacksmith; it'd be the charcoal for their furnace, and any secondary ores to mix with their primary ore and make an alloy. For scribes; it'd be the paper they write on, the ink they use, and the pen they write with. Crafting all these items require 1 Base Item, as well as a set amount of words to craft the item.

Mana Crystals restore a set amount of MP when used. Recruit level crystals restore 10% of the user's maximum MP, and each crystal afterwards restore 10% more. Naturally, you can't have infinite crystals. Each person is capable of holding a maximum of 6 Crystals. This is shared among other types of crystal such as Healing Crystals, or Area crystals.

Healing crystals don't heal a specific set of hit points, seeing as this site doesn't use hit points. Rather, healing crystals are capable of healing specific issues. Naturally, you can't have infinite crystals. Each person is capable of holding a maximum of 6 Crystals.  Below lists the capabilities of each rank:
Recruit: Stop minor bleeding by causing the wound to clot
Novice: Stop greivous bleeding
Grunt: Stop heavy bleeding and instantly heal small cuts
Poltergeist: Stop heavy bleeding, heal large cuts
Wisp: Stop bleeding, heal large cuts, heal broken bones
Ghost: Stop bleeding, heal large cuts, repair shattered bones
Shadow: Stop bleeding, heal large cuts, regenerate missing chunks (not limbs)
Abomination: Stop bleeding, heal large cuts, regenerate limbs (not head)
Hellraiser: Heals all wounds except missing head, immune to poison for 1 post
Destroyer: Heals all wounds including missing head, immune to poison for 2 posts

Area Effect crystals take the effect of their cheaper versions, and spreads it across a 5 yard radius in-character to share the effect with those near you. This range increases by 1 yard per rank. Of course, these types of crystals still count towards your total of 6.
