Description: The Fairy Fireworks, a special crossbow made from the remnants of the Scar. With an slick oil black color with engravings on the side, it may not be dwarven technology but it certainly is a masterpiece for the place it was made.
Inside the barrel are special funnels that lead to the flight groove that gathers fairy dust that Elyane makes. Before shooting, fairy dust would gather nicely in the flight groove, excess is stored in the side that creates a circulation to the flight groove through the engravings.
When triggered, a special ball charged with Elyane’s mana is released to push the fairy dust into a concentrated funnel, and the fairy dust then fires from there in the form of the a crossbow bolt and causes a big indigo explosion on whatever it hits.


Ability Name: Accurate Firing
Type: Offense
Element: Non Elemental
Usage: Passive
Description: Allows accurate firing using the Fairy Fireworks.
Effect: Whenever Elyane holds the Fairy Fireworks with two hands, an indigo reticle appears and helps Elyane to fire more accurately. This seems like it'd apply an increase to precision, which is the stat that effects range accuracy. Since there's a rule against permanent passives, I'll ask that you make this ability an active ability. It can have unlimited uses, and increase your perception by 0.25 while in use. Naturally that'd increase as the item gets higher in level.

Description: Playing the lyre for a certain amount of time does something magical.
Effect: In order to activate the Elder Fairy Choir, Elyane must dedicate all three actions in her post to playing the lyre. When that is accomplished, a choir of spirit elder fairies appears behind Elyane and begins singing. Songs from Elyane’s magic gain a bonus effect and the bonus effects linger for 1 post if Elyane stops playing or switches to another song. I'd like you to switch this to a passive ability, and I'd also like you to specify 1 bonus effect that applies to all songs played on the lyre. The reason I'm fine with this not costing mana is because spells already cost mana, and there's a very significant drawback to the ability. That and when taking into account all comments regarding your weapon(s) it becomes necessary.

Since you only get 1 weapon from character creation, I was planning on having you choose between one-or-the-other but that would be a bit much. I'd like you to combine the weapons to make it so the crossbow can switch between being a lyre or a crossbow. You'll need to make it an ability, but that can be a 3rd ability that's unlimited in usages. That way you can still have the abilities, and weapons but you're only using up 1 equipment slot for it.

In Elyane’s case, iron leaf makes up her boots, her tunic, her vest, her skirt and her cloak.
However it has no abilities.

Well made the edits
-Combined Fairy Fireworks and Titania's Heartstrings to become the Heartstring Fireworks
-Added details to lyre form of weapon
-Changed ability #1 of Fairy Fireworks to Fireworks Parade in the new weapon
-Modified info of ability #2
-Added ability #3
-Ironleaf clothes remain unchanged due to decisions.

For the lyre ability I'll give you 2 choices.
1.) You keep the ability as-is but increase the cost of spells by 25%

2.) Change the ability to apply 1 effect (not unique to the spell), that's specified on the weapon application. You can also reduce the 'actions-per-turn' in PvP down to 2 actions if you do this.
